WHMIS

RNR is Central Ontario’s largest non-emergency transfer company and now offers your company WHMIS Training. We will provide a professional instructor who will come right to your business to teach your class. Our instructor will outline useful safety measures, the different symbols found in the workplace, proper storage and how to use MSDS sheets. WHMIS is a great asset for your staff to have as it will also teach minor first aid and the roles and responsibilities of team leaders and supervisors. Employees will be able to understand the cautionary labeling of containers.
RNR’s WHMIS program is in compliance with the "Hazardous Products Act" and the "Controlled Products Regulations" as set out by the Minister of Labour, Canada’s National Hazard Act and Communication Standards. All participants who take the course and pass our written test will receive a certificate that is recognized anywhere in Canada. WHMIS has been implemented through a coordinated approach with the Federal, Provincial and Territorial Governments.
